Brent’s Place is pleased to announce the appointments of Scott Farrell and Nithya Vinjamoori to our Board of Directors
Scott Farrell
Scott Farrell, President of i2 Construction, brings a deep personal commitment to Brent’s Place, inspired by the loss of his brother to cancer. With over 25 years of experience in the construction industry, Scott is widely respected for his strategic leadership, expertise, and talent for building strong, collaborative relationships. His steadfast dedication to excellence and employee success has defined his career and will greatly enrich his service on the Brent’s Place board.
Beyond his professional accomplishments, Scott is a passionate advocate for philanthropy and nonprofit service—values that shape both his work and personal life. He is currently pursuing an MBA at the University of Denver, further honing his skills to drive positive impact.

Nithya Vinjamoori
Nithya is a Partner and core leader in McKinsey & Company’s healthcare practice, specializing in strategy and operational transformation for healthcare providers, investors, and service organizations across the care continuum. With a decade of experience advising a wide range of healthcare organizations – from national health systems to investor-backed physician groups – she brings deep industry insight and a forward-thinking approach to healthcare delivery.
Beyond her professional expertise, Nithya has a personal connection to Brent’s Place mission, drawing from her experience as a caretaker for individuals battling life-threatening illnesses. She has authored multiple publications exploring the future of healthcare delivery, further demonstrating her commitment to shaping a more effective and compassionate healthcare system.
Outside of work, Nithya is a wife and mom, raising two daughters and a dog.

As a mom to a child that faced a NICU stay and as someone who has cared for a loved one with cancer, I see the value of Brent’s Place.
